The residence "Les Balcons du Soleil 1" is located in the upper part of the Saint-François Longchamp 1650 resort, in the Pré Villot area, near the Mollaret chairlift. You can access it partially on foot and on skis, with possible ski-in access to the apartment depending on snow conditions. A shuttle stop is right in front of the building, making it easy for you to reach the lower part of the resort or return if you missed the last lift or arrive by bus. The building is set away from the nightclubs and bars at the bottom of the resort, offering you a very quiet environment.



Shops are located very close to the residence, within walking distance (about 50 meters). A foosball table, a relaxation room, and a communal library are available for you on the ground floor of the building.



The family-friendly resort is in Savoie and attracts you with its beautiful mountain setting, in the heart of the Lauzière massif, with exceptional views of the Belledonne, Oisans, and Mont Blanc valleys. It offers you many activities and services: a ski area connected to Valmorel, snowshoe hikes, dog sledding, cinema, balneo-fitness center with sauna and hammam (available for an extra fee), bowling, and much more.
