Charming duplex with golf view located in a secure residence with 3 swimming pools in the heart of the marina. Close to all amenities, shops, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, market, casino, international golf, boat trip, nautical activity, scuba diving, beach ...
The accommodation is fully air conditioned to guarantee you a pleasant stay. The upstairs bedroom has a 160X200 bed. In the living room the 140 convertible sofa can accommodate 2 adults. Bed linen and towels are provided and even beach towels to avoid cluttering your luggage. Wifi, washing machine, fridge and freezer, induction hob, Nespresso, teapot, toaster, microwave, iron, hair dryer, cooler and snorkel masks for the beach.
A baby bed is at your disposal.
The apartment has a cistern of drinking water which takes over in the event of a power cut, you will not have to worry about the days of water cuts in the town.

L'appartement est neuf, aménagé avec soin dans un esprit loft, merci aux proprietaires.
Les photos parlent d'elles mêmes
Avoir mis la cuisine aménagée en terrasse est un super choix. Un 10/10 pour avoir pensé a mettre à disposition dès notre arrivée des boissons fraiches, des fruits, du café.
L'emplacement face au golf et proche des commerces est un atout
Accès direct à la marina, plage à proximitée, pas de souci de stationnement.
