Séjour très agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’emplacement est idéal. C’est très appréciable de bénéficier de tous les équipements et du service restauration de l’hôtel. L’appartement est très bien situé.

Évaluation

Je ne sais pas quoi vraiment penser de la location. Dans un premier temps il faut absolument savoir que le site de la location est bien mal entretenue, bien que les photos semblent représenter la réalité, lors de notre passage nous avons été très déçu : la plage avec des transats cassés, une piscine plus ou moins entretenue et même des infrastructures manquantes (lumière dans les toilettes, trou dans les murs des airs commune). Le site est plus que décevant. Maintenant, notre arrive avec la conciergerie actuel a été difficile, aucune indication d’avance de se rendre au stationnement du complexe en prime avec un jeu de devinettes à savoir qui est notre concierge (puisque chaque appartement est géré indépendamment). Maintenant le logement, pour le prix je crois malheureusement que nous sommes à côté, j’ai rencontré sur le site des concierges, ils nous montraient leur appartements, j’aurai préféré allez de le leur. L’appartement que nous avons louer est de base pour le prix. Nous avons des fourmis qui passaient sous la porte d’entrée, qui se retrouvaient dans notre logement. Les poubelles ne sont pas passé au complexe la dernière journée, impossible de sortir les déchets (désolé à la gestion). Il y a eu des coupures d’eaux, ici aucun système de réserve, il s’agit d’une normalité en Guadeloupe. Je suis désolé de dire que pour le prix, à mon avis, je ne recommencerai pas ici, nous aurions dû faire d’avantage de rechercher le logement selon nos besoins.

Ravis de notre séjour !

Un court séjour (3 nuits) idyllique dans cette jolie résidence à l’architecture locale. Benoît le propriétaire et Jessica ont été d’une extrême gentillesse. La piscine et la proximité de la mer ainsi que de St François ont été très appréciés. Le livret d’accueil est très bien fait et très complet. Le logement est à l’image de l’annonce sans aucune mauvaise surprise. Un petit bémol : une fuite d’eau dans les toilettes la nuit de notre arrivée qui nous a valu un couloir inondé au réveil….. Pour le reste, rien à dire !
