  • The bungalow, renovated in 2025, is located in the residential area with prestigious villas of Saint François, Guadeloupe, with walking access to the beach at 300m (the lagoon of Saint-François) Access to the beach is done with a badge, and you will cross a tropical, supervised and secure park to arrive on the beach (lagoon of Saint François).<br>The bungalow is close to Sainte-Anne (10 minutes), Gosier (15 minutes) and the village of Saint-François (5 minutes). It has a beautiful wooden terrace, equipped with a bar, a lounge and a table. The comfort is optimal and the decoration is neat. The bedroom is located and the main room is equipped with an air fan.<br><br>The equipment is complete with Wifi access. The jacuzzi is located in the garden. It is shared with the Chamb'Bouchons. <br><br>Linen, towels and beach towels are provided in the bungalow, as well as 2 foutas, 2 dressing gowns and a beach bag.<br>To compensate for water cuts, a buffer tank is in place. <br><br>Your car park is in front of the entrance to the house.<br><br>The town of Saint-François located in the north of the island, has savannah-type vegetation, beautiful white sand beaches, a marina with many restaurants and shops, a fishing port, a beautiful church, a casino, a magnificent golf course, an aerodrome and all the current shops, administrations and pharmacy.

Assez déçue de la location a saint François le bungalow se situe dans le fond du jardin des hôtes avec vue sur les palissades des voisins pour se rendre à la plage il faut descendre une pente à 180• sur 200 m qu'il vous faut ensuite remonter je n'y retournerai pas
