Supposedly the hotel has been renovated but the heater wasn’t working very well and gave a smell when turned on, the towels were rough and one had a rip in it, the bathroom had no ventilation and a small window only for the bedroom, also the breakfast is very modest with little variety. The perk however was free private parking and the hotel staff are very kind. Overall it was an okay stay.
Swim pool was nice as temp was 36 degrees. Room clean, front desk helpful

Disliked: Amenities
If you're on a budget, it's ok. Good parking but nowhere to walk out to around property.
Restaurant is not open on a Sunday, which wasn't apparent on website.
Aircon in room v ineffectual & hairdryer didn't work. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast ok.
Plus points - staff friendly & easy 10min uber ride to Versailles (eat in St Honore district across from palace!)
Wouldn't return - sorry
We got family rooms to stay in - the rooms connected so one side had a double bed and bathroom and the other had two twins and a bathroom. Worked great for us. Both were very clean and simple inside. The hotel was quiet and a great price and location for us to get to the palace.
The included breakfast was so good!! Everything was displayed in such a darling way! All the plates and utensils were re-useable which is great. There were plenty of food choices including granola and yogurt, mini crepes and pancakes with toppings, fresh fruit, croissants and baguettes, cereal, fruit juices, and a hot drink machine that included hot chocolate that my kids loved.
Great hotel to stay in!
This was a nice clean hotel with great parking, which was one of the things we wanted. We pre paid, so check in was really fast, gave our name and that was it. Chek out was equally fast, dropped our key at front desk.
The breakfast is much like the typical euro but they did have a creamy/scrambled eggs and bacon, so that was a plus.
The rooms were clean but very small, just a small walking path around the three sides of the bed, no more. Bathroom was nice.
Our once small complaint would be there was only one small pillow per bed, and it wasn't a thick/fluffy one, we would have liked a second pillow each to have some bulk.
It's close for the visit to Versailles Palace (in car). So if you want to start an early morning, you should stay here and the breakfast is good. :)

We paid for insurance in case we had to cancel. Ibis said too bad. Insurance company required my doctor to complete a form and he would have charged more than the room refund. I feel screwed by both of them.

Hotel ok - however there was a foul drain smell and we had to change rooms.
Stayed Saturday & Sunday evening, arrived 5pm after a very long drive, at check in I asked if we needed to book a table for the restaurant - we were exhausted & very hungry & just happy to relax in the hotel that evening.. however, THE RESTAURANT/BAR isnt open at weekends! I specifically booked here knowing we would be too tired to go out on the 1st night so I was angry to find the info we had been given was incorrect. We were advised there was a good Portuguese restaurant a few minutes walk away, however it too was closed until 19.00 there was also a Chinese buffett in the vicinity... this too was shut. So our first evening in the Versaille area, as didnt have the energy to drive around looking for food & the news was full of the French riots , we ended up with a few nibbles from the nearby Lidl... not ideal in the least. The hotel itself is in an slightly grubby area but the hotel is clean, functional & run by young enthusiastic staff. The hotel was busy & the breakfast on Sunday was chaotic with nowhere near enough plates/cups/tables for all the guests. A 10 minute drive from the Palace, i would recomend an Uber though as its cheaper for a return taxi than the cost to park in the Palaces car parks for the day!
