Ideal for five people, the house opens onto a beautiful 40 m² south-facing terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun, protected by an awning for added comfort. On the ground floor, you'll discover a bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. The entire property is air-conditioned to ensure your comfort even on hot summer days.

Upstairs, a mezzanine accommodates a double bed, and a separate bedroom offers three single beds and a television. A second bathroom with a toilet completes the sleeping area. The upper floor is also air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort in all rooms.

A private parking space is available, a real bonus during the summer. Whether you're here to relax or explore the region, this house is an ideal base for fully enjoying Saint-Cyprien and the Catalan coast.

Résidence très calme et très jolie maison très agréable

Rien à dire ,sauf petit bémol sur le ménage , a notre arrivé beaucoup de poussière étagère salle de bain , porte serviette le pied sale , poubelle poussière couvercle, miroir non fait aussi,chambre attention sommier plein de poussière sur le bord c'est ce qui m'a choqué côté literie et cheveux sur certains matelas.les placard en désordre beaucoup de choses non pas a être là, denrée alimentaire, bouteilles d'alcool vide etc etc....un rangement et bon tri a faire serait le mieux. Mais en soit ça va .
