Beautiful views of the sea and the pool are featured on the 1st floor (with elevator access). Entrance hall with wardrobe. Separate toilet. Living room with LCD TV (2012), mini stereo, and a queen-size sofa bed. Renovated, functional, and well-equipped kitchen area with a fridge-freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, electric coffee maker, microwave, and washing machine. A hallway leads to two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm), a closet/wardrobe overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe. Shower room (shower cubicle). Electric shutters. Secure, free parking. Idyllic setting for family vacations. Heaters and ironing facilities. RES. WITH SECURE POOL open from June 1 to September 15. SMALL PETS ALLOWED.

In the Lagune Sud area. Residence built on the sand, right on the water. Comprised of U-shaped buildings with a swimming pool and a paddling pool in the center. A mini-market is located near the residence for small purchases. Ideal for a relaxing vacation! Near AQUALAND.
