"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. "We arrived late, after driving hours through a massive storm around Poitier, only to be "greeted" by one of the most unpleasant characters I had dealt with in ages ! We may have woken him up but that is no excuse for his general behaviour and insulting comments towards my wife and I. Breakfast was basic to say the least. No plates, curdled milk, some bread, no forks not "eating" spoons for the cereals. At least the cafe machine worked."
