Charming house close to beautiful beaches

Short nice walk to a beautiful and quiet beach, many more beaches to reach on foot on the coastal path or with a short car ride. In addition, only short rides to St Malo or Cancale,which makes the location perfect. It is possible to walk to a crêperie, for grocery shopping a car is needed (even though it seems possible to use a bus at least in summer). The house is rustic and very charming, equipped with the necessary including a baby bed, plastic dishes and a box of toys which our 2 year old enjoyed very much. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and easy to reach by phone.

Ein ruhiges, charmantes Haus mit sehr altem und schönem Baumbestand auf dem Grundstück

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Wochen in diesem charaktervollen, sehr schön und ruhig gelegenem Haus. Die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand, die ländlich geprägte und ruhige Umgebung, nahegelegene Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in Cancale und St. Malo haben uns sehr gefallen. Im Haus fehlte uns lediglich ein wenig mehr Geschirr. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen empfänden wir den Stauraum für Kleidung in den Schlafzimmern als ein wenig begrenzt.

Der Strand am Haus…!

Wir hatten ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist keins „von der Stange“, aber das war sehr reizvoll. Die Umgebung zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren sehr geeignet, das Meer fabelhaft und sehr wenig besucht.

Maison de charme à améliore

Bel environnement entre mer et campagne. Maison dans son jus et la jungle n'est pas loin ! Une amélioration est à faire au niveau : Chambre lit 160 : les tiroirs de la commode ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir , très peu de place pour ranger ses vêtements Chambre 2 lits: intérieur du placard sale - porte de SDB coulissante impossible à ouvrir par des enfants- serrure porte entrée branlante. télé ne marche pas. Chemin d'accès maison à élaguer car raye les carrosseries- dangers extérieurs pour les enfants(hache et autres outils trainent). Néanmoins les propriétaires ont été très réactifs pour réparer une fuite d'eau. Si ces améliorations sont faites, le tarif de location serait justifié et c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrions.

Excellente situation

Excellente situation à proximité d'une plage magnifique et du GR34. Malgré la départementale toute proche, aucun bruit n'est perceptible car la maison est en retrait et les arbres font écran. Commerces de proximité dans le village voisin. Concernant la maison, elle ne manque pas de charme, mais mériterait d'être rénovée pour en exploiter tout le potentiel. Agréable chambres et pièces de séjour. Par contre la cuisine (plan de travail pratiquement inexistant, 2 taques au gaz trop proches l'un de l'autre, petit four d'appoint, pas de hotte) et la salle de bain (espace très limité et difficulté de se tenir debout avec la sous-pente, pas de paroi de douche), bien que répondant à l'équipement mentionné, étaient peu pratiques d'utilisation. Le gérant s'est montré disponible et réactif, et avait tout prévu suivant nos demandes pour le séjour avec bébé (lit parapluie avec matelas, barrière, vaisselle incassable, tapis de bain).

Märchenschloss

Dieses Haus ist unvergleichbar. Man bewohnt nur den jüngsten Teil aus der Mitte des 20. Jahrhundert, angrenzend zur alten Mühle von 1770 und dem ältesten Hausteil auf der anderen Seite des Mühlenturms von 1694. Das macht das Haus für sich schon zu etwas Besonderem. Es ist Urlaub für Individualisten, die etwas Außergewöhnliches suchen, es ist persönlich gestaltet, dort muss mal ein Maler gewohnt haben. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auch wenn die Küche etwas besser ausgestattet sein könnte, das Geschirr ging etwas zur Neige. Aber dies kann man verkraften. Der rückwärtige Garten gibt einen herrlichen freien Blick auf die Felder, vorne ist es ruhig, da das Haus zurück und verborgen von der Straße liegt. Das Meer ist zum Greifen nah. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhig und erholsam

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal dort und hatten, so wie letztes Jahr auch, einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass die Innenräume neu gestrichen worden sind und das WiFi neu und somit jetzt viel besser ist. Nicht so schön war, dass der Garten eigentlich nicht nutzbar war, weil der Rasen nicht mehr vorhanden war und man dadurch auf blanker Erde mit teilweise defekten Gartenmöbeln sitzen musste. Dem antiken Charme dieses verwunschenen Hauses tat das jedoch keinen Abbruch, wir haben die Zeit dort wieder sehr genossen

Verwunschenes Dornröschenschloss

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem alten Gemäuer (Bj. 1691). Der Garten war recht zugewuchert, passte dadurch aber gut zu dem historischen Gebäude. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, nur wenige hundert Meter von einem nicht stark frequentierten Strand entfernt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm, lediglich die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Gläsern und Geschirr ist verbesserungswürdig. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in einem charmanten Haus

Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe umgeben von Bäumen auf einem großen Gelände, viel Privatsphäre

Das Haus befindet sich inmitten eines großen Geländes.Wir schätzten sehr die Privatsphäre.Den sehr schönen Strand erreicht man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut .Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Propriété très belle : terrain de grande taille, arboré et "visité" par des biches et faons notamment. La demeure, en vieilles pierres, est pleine d'authenticité et de charme. Comme promise dans l'annonce, la mer se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres seulement. Les plages accessibles à pieds, même avec un enfant en bas âge, sont superbes.

La maison est typique et bien qu'un peu rustique, tout à fait fonctionnelle. Il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine pour faciliter les repas d'une famille de 4 mais le propriétaire à su répondre à nos demandes et nous dépanner.

Le calme à 500 m de la mer

Location de caractère, calme et isolée dans la végétation du jardin, idéale pour ceux qui aime le rustique, et vivre dans une authentique maison en vieilles pierres. On aurait presque pu rêver dormir sous baldaquin en haut de la tour, mais toute la maison n'est pas ouverte à la location. A 500 m, une jolie plage et de belles balades à faire à pieds sur les chemins de randonnée, tout le long de la côte.
