"Had a really good holiday, location fantastic, very close to a really good beach and the touristic locations not far away.Inside provided all that was necessary, very comfortable. However, first sighting disappointing, garden unkempt, requires some TLC, not really suitable for children. What issues we had, we communicated directly with the owners."

"The property was perfect for our trip away to Normandy. The 4 minute walk to Gold Beach was superb, and the close proximity to all the local history and Bayeux meant travel was easy. The accommodation was perfect for us as a couple but would be great for a family of four also. Would book again in the future. "

"Together with a friend we planned a 4 day visit to. Normandy, La Rose de Vents was in an ideal location. And indeed it is perfect for visiting the Normandy D Day sites and memorials. Plus being only a couple of hours from Mont St Michael great for other sites too. Hosts were amazing, welcoming and even giving us a lift to go food shopping on arrival ! "

"The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The availability of a small kitchen facility in the room was not advertised but very welcome. The TV channel 'list' in the room gave the impression that only 'local' channels were available when in fact (by luck) I found there were many more international news channels, etc. Which was a bonus. The location was very quiet (end of September) but well situated. Overall I had great visit and would not consider anywhere else should I return to the area in the future. Thanks "
