"The hotel pool wasn’t working and they only notified me 2 days before arrival. They said it would still work for one of the days if my stay, but it wasn’t true. Since it was a non refundable booking I couldn’t cancel it. When asked to the staff if there was any compensation offered, or at least include us the breakfast or give us a better room they were quite rude, not accommodating at all and didn’t do anything to compensate or try to make our stay more enjoyable. Also the room service was not available all the time. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone for the price you pay there’s way better places. "

"The views from the hotel were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the pistes in Les Bergers were excellent. The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests."
