## Logement
Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises:
- 1 double bed in a closed bedroom, 1 double bed in the mountain area, 1 double bed on the mezzanine. ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- two bathrooms;
- a lounge to relax in after a day's hiking.
- A ski room right next to the slopes, another ski room at the bottom of the residence.


The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Hot water, Ski in/ Ski out, Balcony, etc.

Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

The accommodation is located :

- 600 m from a Carrefour Montagne ;
- 15 minutes' walk from the Serre Chevalier winter & summer ski area;
- 16 minutes from the free toboggan run.

## Emplacement
With 250 km of slopes, Serre Chevalier Valley is the first French ski area without ski lanes. The slopes are adapted for all types of skiing, skiing in the valley or in the larch forest, high mountain atmosphere with renowned off-piste skiing, giving this resort a sporty and playful character. Saint-Chaffrey is a commune of the Hautes-Alpes which is part of the ski area of Serre-Chevalier. You can admire the splendid panorama and enjoy the Savoyard gastronomy. The commune is known for the bell tower of the Catholic Church of Saint-Chaffrey as well as the chapel Saint Arnould of Saint Chaffrey, classified as historical monuments!
