Family house in the Peyresourde pass - Luchon

Pyrenean house in the pretty village of Saint-Aventin, in the heart of the Larboust valley, between Luchon and the Peyresourde pass. 120 m2, 3 double bedrooms and a dormitory that can accommodate 5 children, 2 bathrooms with shower and wc, a covered terrace and a pleasant little garden.
5 minutes from Luchon, spa town, and the gondola for Superbagnères, 10 minutes from Peyragudes and 15 minutes from Bourg d´Oueil for ski enthusiasts. Hiking in the forest or on the peaks of the Espiau mountain from the house. Very close to Lake Oô and the great peaks of the Luchonnais. 20 minutes from the Louron valley and Balnéa, 30 minutes from Spain (Val d'Aran).

On the ground floor, overlooking the garden, the living room with living room, tv, DVD player, dining room, wood stove and equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, micro- waves, fridge-freezer, toaster, raclette, fondue ...)
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms with 190X140 beds, the first bathroom with shower, wc and sink.
In the attic specially equipped for children: a dormitory with 3 90x190 beds, a “cabin” accessible by a ladder with 1 140 X190 bed and the second bathroom with shower, wc and sink.
The house has been completely renovated, insulated, and benefits from WIFI.

Outside, a covered terrace with garden furniture, a garden overlooking a small barn, a barbecue.

Weekly rental only, from Saturday to Saturday. Sheets and towels not provided. Possibility to rent extra. Wood available in reasonable quantity for the week. Household not included (extra).

Maison traditionnelle pyrénéenne rénovée avec goût, très propre, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire dans un joli village, très calme. Très bon accueil des Propriétaires. Tout parfait 👍
