Such a lovely hotel, staff lovely, food lovely, very clean. Pool is lovely. My only complaint would be they need more staff on dinner service but the food was lovely

Great hotel!

Great hotel, very clean, helpful staff and we had a great room. The pool was good for the kids. We stayed here on our way to centre parcs getting of the ferry from Newhaven. Recommend it as a family hotel if you are travelling further

A good option, with value for money. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area was pretty decent with sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, didn't eat in the restaurant for evening meal. The location is a little way from the town centre and the beech, if you are travelling by car it would not be an issue. I would stay again if travelling through.

Very nice

Just overnighted on the way to catch the ferry to Newhaven. Check in was quick, the room was nice and clean. Only disappointment after a long day’s driving was no vegetarian options in the restaurant. But we drove about five minutes and found a pub that catered for us meatless types. Would happily stay again, but it would be great to be able to eat there. Even a simple pasta would be great.

Great with the pool, and the bar. It is a great hotel. One thing though , the doors slam too hard ! You get awoken by the noise of the slamming doors early in the morning.

Situated out of town near some budget hotels & a Comptoir du Malt food outlet. Handy for getting on your way in the morning. Swimming pool & gym but no time for use. Decent restaurant with fairly standard dishes and not too expensive. Rooms a good size and modern.

When we arrived we were given a Horrendous smelly room with two single beds and a folded out sofa bed and we had paid for a superior queen room (£205!). We were changed rooms but it was basic like a travelodge and def not worth £205 we felt completely ripped off and the stay was not worth it and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

nice hotel amenities a little lacking compared to golden tulip in limonest which i cannot fault. just providing coffee pods in room instead of instant would be an improvement, and whats going on with that fountain out front ?
