Die Villa Catalane ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Pool wurde zweimal wöchentlich gereinigt, die Zeiten wurden vorher abgesprochen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und konnten in der Nachbarschaft gut spazieren gehen. Es gibt dort viele andere Hunde, so dass ausreichend Kotbeutelspender vorhanden sind. Der Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar und man konnte morgens frisches Baguette holen.Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt zwei Bäder und Toiletten, so dass hier kein Engpass entsteht.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Spülmaschine bei 6 Erwachsenen ein echter Segen.Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen Holzkohlegrill.Die Hundestrände in Argelès sur Mer sind groß und sehr schön. Es war niemals zu voll und sehr angenehm. Für die Anfahrt mit dem Auto gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze, die Zufahrt kann aber manchmal sehr voll sein.

Tolle Ferien

Der Aufenthalt war Mitte bis Ende August 2024 wunderbar und in jeder Hinsicht erholsam. Obwohl es keine Klimaanlage gibt, kann man sich wunderbar im Pool erfrischen - Dank der Poolbeleuchtung selbst nachts. Das Wetter war immer sonnig und warm. Außerdem gibt es im ganzen Haus Ventilatoren, die für ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgen. Das Haus liegt sehr nah zum gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt gelegen, man kann schön am Abend (oder Morgen) spazieren oder Fahrrad fahren (Eurovelo). Die Berge und das Meer sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passer quatre jours très agréables. L’accueil a été vraiment très chaleureux. La maison était très confortable. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons même pu profiter de la cheminée et du barbecue. La maison est dans un quartier résidentiel très calme avec un Intermarché à 200 mètres. Situation idéale avec les plages à 15 minutes et le centre de Perpignan à 20 minutes. Je recommande à tout le monde.

Des vacances au top, un propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute, maison et piscine très fonctionnel et propre. À deux pas de toutes les commodités, intermarché à côté pour les courses très pratique, Espagne à 20 min environ et plage pas très loin vraiment un emplacement idéale.Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir l'année prochaine. Deja merci a Luc pour nous avoir permis de passer de tres bonnes vacances. Magnifique maison ou il y a tous ce qui faut pour passer un un agréables moments, bouteille de rosé au frais en cadeau en arrivant top. Géographiquement tres bien située un endroit paisible et calme,mer,montagne,Espagne faites votre choix car tous est a côté. Que dire de plus on reviendra je pense car c etait top.

Propriétaire très accueillant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le cadre est magnifique et calme. La maison est bien située (entre la mer et les montagnes). De ce fait, vous pouvez profiter de belles balades (beaux sites à visiter) et de bonnes baignades. Le plus, si vous avez des animaux, deux plages sont autorisés aux chiens (moins de 10km). Commerce proche pour les courses. Concernant la maison, rien de particulier à signaler. Confortable avec tout le nécessaire comme à la maison. Belle piscine bien entretenue.

Maison très agréable un peu chaude la nuit pas géniale pour dormir mais bon c'est le sud. Piscine super le gérant est très réactif au moindre problème (piscine eau verte venue et réglé le pb ds la journée) problème aussi avec le lave-vaisselle idem venu et réglé dans la journée. Endroit très calme et pas trop éclairé ce qui permet d avoir un ciel plein d étoiles. Un petit intermarché à moins de 2 minutes en voiture Un village pas très loin spécialisé dans la fabrication du verre très intéressant Une terrasse avec un barbecue très agréables Très bonne vacances bien apprécié par tous le monde
