"Beautiful chateaux - and excellent location in terms of proximity to Saint Emilion. Rooms were great and staff were extremely helpful. Big call out to Veren in the restaurant and wine bar - very attentive, funny and a great ambassador. One suggestion would be for the hotel to run a shuttle bus to Bordeaux a couple of time a day - either free or for a charge - Uber was about €120 into the city albeit much cheaper coming back - would be a nice touch if the hotel wanted to consider it. Overall a fantastic stay - thank you and would recommend it without hesitation (check out the frogs in the lake too - a real frog chorus!)"

"Breakfast is basic but fine no tea and coffee making facilities in their own which is annoying parts of the room and clean no shower Matt left for the second night had to go and request it. However, receptionist on the front desk who was English spoke brilliant French and was superb. "
