- Quiet privatized area, 200 m from the La Baule golf club house, modern, comfortable residence. 170 m2, beautiful exhibition. 10 minutes from La Baule and Guérande. House pleasant to live with a large living room kitchen, overlooking a beautiful terrace facing south, with its garden furniture and barbecue. 4 beautiful bedrooms with new quality bedding (2 bedding 140 and 2 bedding 160), 1 cot and high chair. Flat screen TV. Kitchen with its equipped dining area (dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, Nespresso), adjoining utility room (washing machine and dryer).
Large lot where children can have fun in complete safety. Weekend reservation minimum 3 nights. Carport. Tents prohibited on the ground.
