"You get what you pay for, the Ritz it certainly isn’t. Basic, I had an en-suite room and that was small, certainly wouldn’t swing a cat in it. Sink had no plug, it was the design, had to leave the water running. There was a strong smell of cannabis from inside the hotel. It served a purpose."

"The hotel is good for staying overnight on a long drive somewhere, wouldn't say you can expect great comfort or facilities. Having said that, staff was friendly and there was a nice bar downstairs where you can have an evening drink and the room was clean."

"Standard of Hôtel was to next level. Excellent amenities. Very close to Eurostar train station of Lille France. Nice 15 mins walk to old town & Grand place. From our point nothing was missing in our room. Top notch hotel with great luxury feeling. "

"The pool and the Spa treatment were great. It was a new experience having the sauna in a private room away from the Spa area. I had a really enjoyable stay. Staff and the restaurant food was pleasant. I really enjoyed the cognac collection at the bar. Loved the artwork on the premises. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes somewhere quiet to getaway for a few days."
