All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. "Very nice hotel in Brive. Note that while they have a small private parking area you have to reserve in advance. It wasn’t obvious and when I got there the parking area was full. However there were plenty of paid street parking very close to the hotel and I got a spot right in front. Otherwise very nice hotel and helpful staff."
