Chambre propre et bien aménagée ,salle de bain spacieuse et bien décorée . Le seul point faible vient du lit qui est contre le mur ( impossible de faire le tour pas facile de se coucher).

Pour 1 nuit ça vas 😉

Juste une nuitée avant le parc de Beauval. Bon arrivée dans la chambre juste 1 chaise et 1 pose valise 🤔 comment poser vos habits ??? Manque une table et une autre chaise ou un fauteuil 😉 attention ⚠️ les oreillers sont très plats et aucun coussin ☺️ C’est juste pour préciser pour les personnes qui n’aiment pas être à plat. Climatiseur à roulettes bruyante !

Manque un restaurant

Bon séjour mais plus de restaurant contrairement au descriptif. Petit déjeuner sympa et emplacement correct pour découvrir la région. Stationnement en sus et le secteur n'offre pas beaucoup d'endroits pour se garer.

Hôtel que l'on peut recommander

Merci à Jonathan pour son accueil chaleureux et courtois . Dans la chambre prévue pour 3 ,il manquait Qquelques porte-manteaux (2 seulement ) surtout après une journée bien pluvieuse. Nous avons bien dormis.Pas de bruit . Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Von einem Grand Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet. Kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Teures und einfaches Frühstück. Trotz mehrfach erhaltener Werbung für einen Parkplatz wurde kein Parkplatz trotz Reservierung bereitgestellt. Sehr laute Umgebung, dafür schöne Aussicht auf den Fluß.

Bien mais pourrait être mieux...

Personnel agréable. Toutefois les chambres manquent d'insonorisation (on entend les voisins prendre leur douche ou tirer la chasse d'eau), et surtout gros manque d'air... pas de climatisation, juste un ventilateur dans la chambre pour essayer de rafraîchir la pièce, ce qui ne fonctionne pas vraiment à part brasser l'air chaud.

Points + : Literie confortable, petit déjeuner varié, appel / envoie d'un SMS avec les codes pour une arrivée après fermeture de la réception (21h). Points -- : Nous donne un code wifi alors qu'aucun de nos appareils ne captent le signal dans les chambres (nous étions au dernier étage)... De plus lors de la réservation il était écrit paiement sur place à l'hôtel mais ils nous ont débité le prix + petit déjeuner la veille d'arriver sur notre CB de réservation... Si nous voulions payer avec un autre moyen (liquide, chèque) impossible... et bien sur ils ne prennent pas les chèques vacances. Difficultés pour récupérer la facture, au téléphone l'hôtel me dit que c'est à Hotels.com de me la fournir puis eux inversement... J'ai quand même pu la récupérer sur place à l'hôtel !

Arrivée un peu après 20h30 un 1er mai, la réception était fermée. J'ai téléphoné au numéro de téléphone qui était inscrit devant la barrière de parking de l'hôtel et suis tombée sur une messagerie. Je n'ai jamais pu joindre quelqu'un.Même en faisant le numéro de téléphone de l'hotel Avec ma fille il a fallu trouver un autre hôtel en urgence. Et pas de remboursement possible. Je suis très fâchée.
