"Parking a little tight, rooms clean with a decent renovation. Cable had a lot of issues. Breakfast was clean, mostly cold, but did include a pancake machine."

"We had everything we could need, the place was perfect for our family of 4! The location is extremely close to a small airport and a railroad track so there is definitely a good amount of noise throughout the day. We did not hear much at night, though, and the beds/bedrooms were very comfortable! Watching the planes fly directly above the house was very cool and did not negatively affect our vacation. We were less than 10 minutes from Stuart Beach which was amazing and the place comes with a beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards AND sand toys! We never had an issue with parking there (lots of spaces) and it has a small cafe that’s open for breakfast & lunch, which was nice. We also had a chance to visit the Elliot Museum which is a MUST when you’re here. We could’ve easily spent a whole day there and there was a fun tiki hut right outside the museum that serves food & cocktails! We even caught a local band playing there one evening. The location is just P-E-R-F-E-C-T for everything you’d want to do. The grocery store, pharmacy, movie theater, Walmart, & restaurants are all just a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend Kyle G’s restaurant which overlooks the ocean and has incredible seafood. There are also nearby playgrounds, basketball courts & even an art studio (Stuart Ceramics) which offers paint-your-own pieces, specific classes & more! We had such an amazing stay here and cannot wait to come back! The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Ten Stars!!"

"Welcoming staff was very nice, very real, and eager, not rushed, to make sure my wife and I were checked in with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was convenient despite being full. We didn't eat at the Flanagan Restaurant attstched, a big plus for this hotel. We usually search for great, local eateries to support and local businesses and try something new. We did the same for breakfast."

"The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools. "

"This property was so beautiful! The pool was definitely used by my kids. It’s really local to downtown Stuart and Hutchinson island. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The tiki patio area was the perfect spot to relax. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. We really hope to come back next year! "

Owner (Pat) will accommodate your stay with all your needs including treats and a bottle to make your stay nice. "We had two families (four adults and four children, in total) and the space was perfect! The location was convenient, and the house was clean and well-appointed. Our host was very communicative and always available. We did not run into any issues during our stay, and the check-out process was very easy. My son listed the house as one of the best parts of his visit to Florida!"
