"Pleasant hotel. Nice staff. But facilities looking a bit tired. Potentially lovely pool but stupid design that would fail health and safety regulations in Europe. Lots of very sharp stone around edges. No easy disabled access to the pool and if you slipped getting in or out you could really damage yourself badly. Silly design"

"This is a very special y property - we loved our stay! Our driver dropped us at Phutakien Pier and the long tail boat was already there, they are transferring guests to the resort regularly in the afternoon . Lots of free drinks and food in fridge. Nice restaurant. No mosquitoes in December. Nice pool at sister resort 5 mins walk away - you can return for free to the float house from the pier. Beutiful room and was very quiet. Reasonably priced massages. "

"I was there with my family for our vacation. We loved the hotel because it made us feel like we were in the jungle. However, if you’re thinking about getting a Thai massage at the hotel, I suggest going somewhere else. My mom and I were very disappointed with the service; I think they really need more training. Also most of the employees there are Burmese, not Thai."
