"Wonderful hotel overlooking the sea, absolutely great meals were had here, a terrific bar and a very helpful and friendly staff. We had a double room with view of the sea, the fort and the cliffs, it was epic and very relaxing. We can’t wait to return!"

"This property was really nice. Seemed new. Thoughtful note and welcome basket. Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. I highly recommend.
My only caveat is to bring your own water as the water from the tap tasted undrinkable. "

"Check information was wrong from management, miscommunication between the property owner and management co. Pool was dirty algae grown on walls and stairs with debris floating and pooling on one end. Garbage and construction supplies stashed thought out the property, sandbox has turned into a weed garden. TV would not work properly, really a big let down."

"Step back in time in this little village near the coast. Each little apartment has a living space, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen which includes microwave oven, stove and Smeg espresso machine on the main floor with winding steps up to a loft with a comfortable bed. The restaurant has a great chef with lots of homemade Portuguese dishes. We highly recommend this place.
