"Der Aufenthalt in der FeWo war gut, die Lage sehr ansprechend, das Inventar schon etwas veraltet und abgenutzt. Erst auf meine Intervention hin wurde das Geschirr in der zweiten Woche ergänzt, da völlig unzureichend für zwei Personen. Leider stimmten auch ein paar Objektbeschreibungen nicht. Angegeben waren Gefriermöglichkeiten, der Kühlschrank hatte jedoch kein Gefrierfach. "Wir waren mit unserem Hund da. Einfach nur toll. Nicht überlaufen, am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Zum Bäcker 5 min, zum Badestrand mit Hund 20 min zu Fuß. Nicht extrem voll, also auch da entspannen angesagt! Leider gibt es keine ausgebauten Fußwege, auch nicht nach Sassnitz. Durch den Autoverkehr und Fahrradfahrer manchmal nicht so einfach von A nach B zu kommen. Aber schön, wirklich sehr schön dort für Ruhe und Erholung."

"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
