This home was perfect for our family! Walking distance to the ocean, clean and sunny rooms, and excellent communication from renters. We plan to stay in this home again next summer (provided it is available)!
The house was absolutely perfect. Immaculately cleaned. Beautifully designed. 10 minute walk to a very private beach. Loved the location. My only recommendation would be hooks for towels in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Overall loved the house. We had an awesome time. Great family memories. Thank you for sharing your house with us.
A great property. People drive a little fast on the road, but are very respectful of bikers. The beach nearby is a bit rocky but still a great place to hang nonetheless.
My family and I had a wonderful week at this property. Perfect location by Sagamore Beach. Plenty of room in the house and we were grateful to be able to bring our golden retriever puppy. Big yard. Beautiful neighborhood.
Only two complaints: the place was not that clean. There was lot of sand, dog hair and dust bunnies. Did my best to on our way out to clean it better than when we arrived. The beds aren't that comfortable, particularly the master bedroom. I felt stiff and sore the next morning after sleeping in that bed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if they replaced the mattress!
We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Slept with Windows opened because of the silence almost every night. The garage was a big plus to store fishing gear. Location was awesome ,close to canal. Would love to come back next year in July or August when the bass activity is greater.
We had a wonderful stay! All 5 of us plus our dog! The open concept is just as pictured! The walk to the beach feels a little longer than expected but certainly is an easy access. It is perfectly located by Sandwich and Plymouth for stores and restaurants. The kitchen is not very well supplied. We are a family that enjoys eating in from time to time. Sparsely supplies with any spices, few glasses and cupboard needs. Needs trash cans in the bedrooms and mirrors. Doesn’t quite feel like it is ready to “live” in. Overall it is a great spot. It is right on the road but traffic isn’t heavy.
We needed a place for our family to meet up. This home fit the bill. Spacious, everything we needed, close to the beach.

Nice week at the Cape
My family (myself, wife, two sons and our dog) had a good week and enjoyed the house, which has been refurbished. It was nice that it is air conditioned as it was a hot and humid week in August. The beds were advertised to be queen, full, and twins but the "full" was a queen, which is important as we needed to bring linens. The queen in the master had a poor mattress and frame. We bought a new mattress pad that we left. The toilet seat upstairs had a soft seat which seems not hygienic. The kitchen could use more glasses, silverware, cutting board.
