"This property has it all!! We were a family of 12 that had kids with us, 14, 12, 11, and 8. It's a kid and adult dream house. Some of the best things were the zip line, basketball court was a huge hit, and we spent hours all together in the basement playing foosball, pool, Ms. Pacman, and the house was stacked with board games which was also a blast, OH and can't forget the ping pong table. They were not missing a thing!! It's secluded, so very quiet, and the best location...so close to one of the most beautiful beaches, Sagg Main Beach. It wasn't crowded at all and the house comes with umbrellas, beach chairs, frisbee, football, and plenty of towels. And Sagg Harbor is also just a stones throw away. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, but also there are amazing restaurants and markets near by. Vineyard is near by and you can have drinks outside overlooking the vines. Beds were all super comfy. Has was VERY clean. My family loved the house so much we would go back in an instant. Also, we had an issue with the AC and Jay is the most gracious and responsive host. He had that AC fixed so quickly we barely noticed it was out. He was very thorough in his communications and always made sure we had everything we needed, and when I texted with questions about where things were he was quick to reply. My mom left her glasses there and he was so awesome helping to find them. I can't say enough good things about this property and Jay! THANK YOU!"

"The listing and photos were very accurate. Location of this house is a short easy walk to town of Sag Harbor and the beach which was a huge benefit. Owner and manager were extremely helpful from before check in and throughout the stay. Cooking supplies, extra linens, and other necessities and amenities were readily available in the house. Great house for my family vacation stay which included 4 couples and one grandchild. Would definitely stay there again!"
