One full bath, plus a wonderful, enclosed outdoor hot & cold shower.
A walk or bike ride to beautiful Foster Memorial Noyac Bay Beach, and a short 20 minute drive to the gorgeous award winning ocean beaches of Southampton and East Hampton.
Wonderful dining, nightlife,golf, shopping and sightseeing.
Eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, frig, stove/oven, microwave, toaster and toaster oven - ALL in perfect working order.
Full basement includes a sitting area/card & game area,plus an almost new washer and dryer.
Parking for one or two cars in private driveway.
Only $8,000 for July OR August - OR only $16,500 for the COMPLETE Summer season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Also, $250 or less per day during the off-season.
Garbage collection and lawn maintenance are all included.
