My stay at CitizenM Zurich was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and attention to detail created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it felt like being welcomed by friends rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. "The hotel was nice. The shared bathroom I wasn’t sure about especially when there was a share bathroom but the sink was in our own room with the shower. Bit odd. Small room, but over all good stay. They let us check in 30 min early and keep our bags there before that. Nice staff."
