Dancing Bear Ranch features **two fully equipped kitchens**, two full-size refrigerators, two dishwashers, and plenty of cookware, dishes, and kitchen essentials.

The main dining area seats 18, with additional dining and outdoor seating throughout the property.

Whether you`re preparing a holiday meal or enjoying breakfast together before heading into Branson, there`s room to gather and make memories.

Traveling with an even larger group?

The Bear Den is a separate apartment located on the Dancing Bear Ranch property and available exclusively to guests renting the main house.

The apartment accommodates up to five additional guests and features a king bedroom, sleeper sofa, futon, full kitchen, living area, bathroom, and washer/dryer.

**Additional cost: $199 per night plus a $100 cleaning fee.**

Please contact us before booking if you`d like to include The Bear Den in your reservation. It is not included in the main house rate.

Dancing Bear Ranch is a private Ozark retreat featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, pond, creek, wooded areas, and natural terrain.

Guests should be aware of potential hazards, including deep water, uneven or slippery surfaces, rocks, wildlife, insects, and changing weather conditions.

There are no lifeguards on duty. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the pool, hot tub, pond, creek, and outdoor areas.

Guests should use caution when enjoying all recreational amenities and outdoor spaces. Pool and hot tub safety rules must be followed.

Our goal is for every guest to enjoy a safe and memorable stay.

- No smoking of any kind inside home
-No Children unattended

- NO Confetti or glitter
- Small events are allowed with pre-approval only. Total people staying all night at property may not exceed 23 guests (unless The Bear Den is reserved as well, then 28). Additional attendees require approval and an extra fee.
-For guest privacy and scheduling, property tours are not available before booking, but we’re happy to answer questions.

-In the event of cancellation, credit card processing fees cannot be refunded
-Insurance waiver must be read & signed before arriving
-While we make every effort to ensure all amenities and systems are in working order, occasional issues such as HVAC, appliances, internet, utilities, or other equipment may occur unexpectedly. Issues outside of our reasonable control do not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation. We will always make every reasonable effort to address problems as quickly as possible.

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
To ensure our home is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and prepared for every arrival, our check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced.
Please do not request early check-in or late check-out. We are unable to accommodate these requests in advance.
However, we are very proactive about notifying guests when the property is ready ahead of schedule! If the home is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, we will gladly let you know so you can begin your stay early.

“Starter” products are provided. Limited toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, hand soap, trash bags.
