"I visited this property a couple of years ago and it was amazing. Now it looks very unkept and run down. If they want to keep it going for a while, some investment must be put in. Needs more attention."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was charming, cozy, and set on truly beautiful, whimsical grounds. The stream, hammocks, fire pit, hot tub, and natural surroundings made it a peaceful and memorable setting—perfect for our cabin bachelorette weekend.The cabin was exceptionally well stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oils, plenty of blankets, Turkish hot tub towels, hot tub-safe glassware, and tons of games and puzzles. It was also incredibly dog-friendly, with dog bowls and a dog bed provided. It really felt like Lori had thought of everything a guest might need.The hosts were wonderful. Lori was incredibly helpful months before our stay when I had issues with the VRBO booking process. During our stay, our Wi-Fi was knocked out by an offsite issue at the pole, and Lori and Dave were extremely responsive and did everything they could to expedite service restoration. They were thoughtful, communicative, and also provided great restaurant and activity recommendations.A few practical notes: the loft twin is a true twin (not a twin XL), so taller guests may find their feet hang off the end. One bed may also be a tight squeeze for two adults. Also, although there are two showers listed, one is a handheld shower in a clawfoot tub—totally functional, but worth knowing for larger groups.Overall, a beautiful, thoughtful, character-filled property. We would absolutely recommend it!"

"The hotel was exceptional. They have taken a historic property and modified to meet contemporary demands all while maintaining the historic provenance. The grounds were equally exceptionally maintained and the various recreational and educational opportunities were great. But perhaps the greatest strength of the facility are its people. In particular I provide my highest commendation to Jessica, Gino, Anthony, Patty and Claire. There are no finer reprentatives than these people. One recommendation is that the printed list of activities be proofed and confirmed prior to distribution. Also, small items such as tub drains, window cranks and lamps be checked before guests arrive. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the property and hope to return for a longer stay."

"Overall, our three night stay at the Ledges was excellent. My ONLY reason for giving it a 4 instead of 5 rating was the fact that the room itself was quite small, with no dresser for clothes, etc. However, the hotel itself with the restaurant and outdoor decks overlooking the waterfalls was very nice. Also the daily activities (wine tasting, s'mores, etc.) that were included with the other two sister properties (Silver Birches and Settlers Inn) made it a very enjoyable stay. Staff at all three properties were very friendly and helpful. And there are plenty of outdoor hiking and other activities in the area, such that our hotel room was really just for sleeping. If I could have rated it a 4.8 I would have. Recommend visiting Three Hammers Winery nearby."
