Beautiful hillside holiday rental with sea views and pool

"Het voelt hier als een klein paradijsje. De prachtige tuin, het fijne zwembad, het adembenemende uitzicht over de bergen en de rust maken dit een heerlijke plek om te verblijven.Wij verbleven met ons gezin in een van de twee appartementen en hebben enorm genoten. De eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk. Toen we tijdelijk problemen hadden met de airco, werd er direct meegedacht en proactief naar een oplossing gezocht. Dat waarderen wij enorm.Juist de manier waarop met een onverwacht probleem wordt omgegaan, maakt het verschil. Er kan overal wel eens iets kapotgaan, maar hier merk je dat de eigenaar er alles aan doet om het zo goed en snel mogelijk op te lossen. Dat verdient wat ons betreft zonder twijfel vijf sterren."

"Amazing property in a beautiful location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, check in and check out went smoothly, the wine and mini bar as well as little shampoos and soaps made the whole experience feel very special. We only stayed one night but I would have loved to stay longer for the amazing buffet breakfast and huge pool alone! Also one of the comfiest beds and pillows of my trip."

"Had the most amazing time. I was a solo traveller here and I was looked after so well by all the staff. Great guy on the bar who was super friendly and made the best cocktails. Really helpful at reception too even though I spoke minimal Italian they were great. Tucked away a bit in location but worth the drive! Gorgeous resort. I just had breakfast at the resort, as opposed to full or half board - the selection wasn’t as massive as some hotels but it felt authentically Italian and had more than enough choice to keep me happy still! Everything tasted great. Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!"

"Such a unique property, set in a very private and peaceful area. We could hear small herds of goats passing by, with their bells ringing. The staff are amazingly helpful! Very approachable! We chose to stay one extra night because it is such a lovely place."

"Omu Axiu is exactly what we needed to get the feel of Sardinia. After how busy Cagliari was and even Costa Sud, it was a dream to get to the hotel and homestead. Monika and Claudia made us feel so welcome and fed us like royalty for dinner and breakfast. very rustic atmosphere which is what we were looking for. "
