We liked how quiet it was and how close it was to our destination. We didn't like that some of the restaurants were closed nearby. Not sure if there was something going on with that specific restaurant though.

Great place to stay for lacrosse tournament. Most of the team stayed there so made it more fun. The nearby ihop was a hit for late night snacks! Will stay here again if we have more games in the area.

My only complaint was that the TV set was not working. The front desk offered to give me another room. I decided against that since I was staying for a very short time, but asked if they would offer a discount for future stay, they said talk to Expedia, since you booked with them. (???)

Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Our kids live in the area but we always get our own room. I shop for a good price but I'll choose Courtyard again no matter what the price!

OK. Kind of a mixed review but the negatives outweighed the positives. Check in was OK BUT guy asks if I have a car. Yes, so he says you'll need a parking permit and starts writing it out and hands it to me. He doesn't mention that THEY CHARGE $12 for parking. The hotel is in a shopping center. The whole place is a parking area. So, for this hotel, ADD $!2/day to your charges. Why don't they just add it to the daily charge quoted? (I just checked and the charge is mentioned on their website which I failed to see). Stil, this is one of those 'we're going to tack on every charge we can think of' type charges that just pi$$ people off. Clean room (yay!); overall, a nice room but some serious safety/access concerns. We don't have ADA needs but some of this seems kind of basic. Shower: no grab bar inside. Shower floor has no non-slip strips, just a smooth shower pan. The shower head is, not kidding, at least 7' from the floor. I'm 6'2" and my hand just reached it to adjust spray. If you're <~5"8", my guess is you won't be able to reach it. Toilet: really low. I thought all toilets now had to comply with ADA. In any event, if your knees are trashed, it's pretty hard to lever yourself off it. And NO GRAB BAR! How hard is that? Finally, the couch/fold out bet looks nice but I think they installed a new one on the previous frame, leaving about 1' of wood base exposed about 15" off the ground. Well, my wife whacked her shin pretty badly on the way to bed. Grrrr!

the fact that you did not have free coffee available in the lobby in the morning was the only problem I had with the hotel. all most every place I've ever stated offered coffee and maybe a Danish to it's customers free. You charged $4.00 if you wanted a coffee. I think for a nice hotel like that it cheeped out. Coffee in the rooms are never any good

Just OK
Our shower was not clean. We were told the room would be cleaned every other day. That did not happen even after we inquired. We advised we were checking out a day early and was told they would hold our room just in case we changed our minds. Our flight out of the county was 12/27/23, I see they checked us out 12/28/23 at 1:40pm. I find that crazy.

Nice and clean, the king mattress is very good, and the sheets are very clean. We like the sofa bed set, if only the mattress could be more comfortable, and the sheets were easy to put on and hold tight to the mattress. But the facility needs a bit of updating. And I don't mind if there is no lotion but since I didn't know it was a bit inconvenient. My only suggestion is to have some kind of sensor night light in the bathroom area to make my midnight eyes feel easier.

The rooms need updated, no usb ports which is unusual nowdays. Charging for parking when its not a soace issue but just a way to get you for more $. Hidden fee once you get there.

Comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The room was a bit on the small side with little counter space around the sink. Lots of shopping and eating options within walking distance. The hotel’s Bistro has limited eating options and short hours. The lobby is fabulous but underused.
