- Classic Maine beach house in Kinney Shores! This spacious three level house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Ideal property for extended families vacationing together. The first floor features an open kitchen with a large dining room table, a living room, bedroom, full bath (shower only, no tub), and a washer / dryer. The second level has two more bedrooms, each with queen beds, and a full bath (with tub/shower combo). The third level is great for kids or a family with small children as there is a large bedroom with a full bed, a bunk bed, a twin bed, a play area with lots of toys (a large Barbie dollhouse), and a half bath. House also has central Air Conditioning which is rare in Maine!
This family friendly property is equipped with books, games, movies, beach toys, boogie boards, and two beach chairs. The outside space includes a picnic table, gas BBQ grill, Adirondack chairs, and driveway parking for 2 cars!
