Lake House with amazing views and private dock. On beautiful mile long Sabattus Pond. Boat or jet ski from your own dock or fish for bass in stocked pond. Ice fish in the winter, or snowmobile right off the trailer to the trails. Private dead end street. THESE STAIRS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO ACCESS THE COTTAGE. If you have mobility issues, please take notice.
