"While the location and surroundings were great, the unit itself could use improvement. First, the living room and patio furniture consists entirely of metal-framed IKEA chairs/loveseats with thin cushions... not particularly comfortable or great for relaxing in after a warm day at the beach/pool (ie no large cushioned sofas as pictured).
We were told there would be a change of bed linen mid-week but this did not occur.
We would have appreciated a brochure or document left in the unit outlining details such as how to access the wifi quickly/easily (we figured it out eventually), where to dispose of garbage, a physical map of the premises/nearby facilities, etc.
Finally, and most importantly, since arriving we've noticed an unpleasant odour emanating from each bathroom. We left the bathroom doors open each day hoping it was a temporary issue but it was not until today that we realized the source of the smell was the wall-mounted toilet brush holder in each bathroom. Not sure if cleaning/sterilizing of the brushes/containers is done between bookings but it certainly should be.

"Worst Vacay ever! From the moment we arrived the entire trip took a turn for the worst they told us room was not ready at check in had to sit and wait with our luggage after traveling for hours not showering and eating or taking meds then they told us that our room wouldn’t be ready til the following day after making us wait entire day they had us stay in a different villa than what we booked then the next day they brought us to our villa in the evening no curtains on windows one of the beds felt like a rock even after they put a mattress topper on it after complaining no blankets so that nite we had to leave our villa and we stayed in the worst hotel rooms and one of there staff walked in on us cause they didn’t even know they put us in that room temporarily on there resorts separate from other family members so much moving around from room to room because they didn’t have accommodations ready for us after all the moving from room to room villa to villa it made me extremely ill because I couldn’t get settled in I still have no idea how they plan on making this right with us because we can never get our time back and how coral estate ruined my entire families trip we spent over 5,000 dollars that we can never get back. Don’t stay at Coral Estate unless u wanna risk wasting ur money and entire vacay possibly being ruined. After Coral estate ruined or entire vacay all I asked for is a credit for the entire resort stay which they refused still waiting to see what they will do"
"Paid for 3 night's stayed for 1. Studio was a shoebox, no hot water, shower head was not adjustable and water came out very hard. I had to stand on the side of the shower and stick limbs in for a quick wash. Restaurants in the area seem to have good reviews but we tried 2 and was unimpressed. I wasn't expecting fancy but a decent shower and an actual door instead of a screen would be nice. Could hear everything outside and above us."
"We had a second floor unit with an outdoor kitchen. It was a unique experience. It had basic cooking equipment and a gas cooktop and large fridge. It looked over the pool. It was clean. It was a very quiet property. The bbq’s were not in good shape. The pool was clean and very nice with good lounges and shade. You can walk to 3 restaurants, one being on the property. You can walk to beaches with great snorkeling. The staff were helpful. We had issues with the rental car we rented from here though. We wer not notified about a $500 u.s. deposit and if they put it on the credit card they charged 4%. They had to charge and refund and recharge after 7 days which made no sense therefore we were getting hit with extra charges for a deposit. Last minute told to take the car to the unit to get refunded. We were supposed to take it to the airport. They did provide a driver but we were going to make stops on the way. We’re not able to do that. We used all our u.s. cash. The staff were good. We would stay again but not rent their car. "
