"We enjoyed our two week stay at Lagoon Resort. The apartment is small but big enough for two people. The outside area was our favorite. Shaded for most of the day, large enough to be able to sit out during a light rain, good privacy and lots of birds visiting. The kitchen is minimally stocked but functional. Our apartment had the Mountain View from our living room but we had drinks in the shade facing the sea each day. A short walk to playa Lagun where we snorkelled each day and beered each evening. Great communication with Riley who ensured we had everything when we arrived - even decorated the room with some Happy Anniversary decorations and gifts - a great surprise! "When I first arrived I thought the place was lovely. Yes, there were bugs in the pool, but I didn’t mind scooping them out. The guest house was cozy, and clean. But the bathroom ceiling was open, and the interior doors desperately need a cleaning or some paint. Determined to enjoy myself, I ignored these things.
