"We really enjoyed our one-night stay at The Mosquito. The quality of the food at the onsite restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they handled our last-minute request for a late check-out with ease, which we truly appreciated.The hotel’s standout feature is its beachfront location. While it’s not a white-sand beach, the light golden-beige sand is soft and fine, and the water is crystal-clear. Overall, there's a tranquil and relaxing beach vibe at The Mosquito."

"Although the property was new (a few weeks open) and still had items to work through, it was pretty nice! The location was great and felt very private. The shore line is still being worked on, but it was still nice and had hammocks and chairs near it. The pool bar was great. Danny was our favorite bartender. The food was good as well. Our favorite meals were at Manicato and Yucca. The rooms were nice. The service was a little slow at times, but the people were friendly and apologetic. A few things were wrong- wrong room, fan was noisy, dark curtains wouldn’t close, but, overall, it was nice! I can see it being a popular place in the future once everything is up and running (slides, teen club, pickleball courts, Azure restaurant and pool). "
