"Fantastic property but lacking in service and food quality. We really enjoyed our two night stay but there is a disconnect between the facility and the service. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !.
