Truly Enriching Experience

My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of breathtaking natural surroundings, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities created a memorable experience that exceeded all my expectations. Not sure about the rating of this hotel it sure did feel 5star in my loft suite. The hotel provided a full board and the Breakfast was okay however the dinners were exceptional all 5 courses. I also thought getting to the location will be difficult to my surprise complex given it was my 1st trip since I travelled from Zurich - a train and two busses however was seamless and on time. Stayed for 4 nights amenities were also of the highest stand well positioned health spa with all that one will need. However will recommend extended spa hours and including more vegetarian options on the menu

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel! Wir waren überrascht vom Parkservice und der Hotelführung zu Beginn des Aufenthalts. Zimmerausstattung noch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad war nur durch eine Glaswand vom Zimmer getrennt. Türe konnte nicht vollständig geschlossen werden und es war auch nicht komplett Blickdicht. Es gibt aber noch andere Zimmer mit einem separaten Badezimmer mit Tür. Dafür ist dort die Ausstattung im Bad nicht neu gemacht worden. Das Ambiente im Spa war wunderschön und hochwertig. Der Pool ist getrennt vom Spabereich. Das Essen war gehoben und trotzdem preiswert.

非常にのんびりできるホテル

ほかの地域と違いスイスの方が多かったように思います。 泊まっている方がアジア人以外ばかりで旅行感が高かったです。 スイスは人気が高いのでほかのところは、アジア人が多いですね

Me he hospedado en este hotel durante 7 dias el pasado mes de Febrero. El viaje era en pareja y con el fin de disfrutar de unos días de ski y de relax. Recomiendo sin duda disfrutar del SPA.

"Bestes Ferienhotel der Schweiz seit 4 Jahren"

Der Auszeichnung als "bestes Ferienhotel der Schweiz" kann ich nach 3 wunderschönen Tagen bzw. Nächten nur zustimmen. Das Hotel bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Wellnessmöglichkeiten (Saunen, Pools, etc.). Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man Billard, Bowling oder Tischtennis spielen. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfassend und es wird auch bis zum Schluss immer wieder aufgefüllt. Das 5-Gang Menü abends ist ein Luxusgenuss. Man hat für fast jeden Gang eine Wahlmöglichkeit. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl im Zimmer als auch im restlichen Hotel ist alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Vom Hotel aus kann man viele Ausflüge z.B. per Seilbahn zum Allalin auf 3.500m oder zum größten Naturstaudamm in Mattmark, nach Zermatt uvm. unternehmen.
