5 Star, Excellent Customer Service and Care
We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way. This was 5 star service when our predicament was not related to our stay. This hotel takes great care of their customers!

We stayed for one night after traveling for 19 hours and it was perfect! The beds were so comfy, the staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was to die for! I tried new foods and the presentations were beautiful. The desserts were delicious and unique. The room had a balcony, and a sauna and it was extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was incredible.

Nice location in Finnish Lapland. Pretty big hotel, quite spacious rooms, but a bit outdated. Good customer service and great outdoors.

This Place Needs Help!
While the service was just ok, the place is sad looking inside. This place has not been touched since the late seventies! The room furniture is completely worn, the bed is probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, and the bathroom was really bad. Unfortunate since the hotel has a great location and the exterior of the property looks very nice. A Front Desk employee told me that they are desperately waiting for corporate to give them funds to redo the hotel inside. Breakfast was also mediocre to poor in quality.

Great place for family
We, a family of 4, stayed at one of the 1-bedroom apartments, which seems to have been newly renovated. We liked and enjoyed the private sauna inside our room too. Overall very comfortable and satisfied.

Good place
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet are great. The hotel is located in a small town where is a very convenient to the ski resort and grocery store. The only thing is annoyed is poor wifi in a room. The rest are all good.

The hotel is very busy, overall fine. housekeeping don't change sheet or clean the room within the stay, just change the towels. Winter safaris and car rental within the property, and a lot of snow outside of the property good fun

Overall is ok except for a wet bathroom floor
We spent 2 nights in Saariselka. It's a small town. So, everything is within walking distance from the hotel. A nice city that we can do winter activities in the National Park. The hotel's facilities are adequate for a remote location. Breakfast's choices were moderate but the quality was not up to standard (for city people). The room was ok... no major complaints except for the bathroom. Every shower would wet (flood) the whole bathroom floor for a big while. It's the weird way a shower box was put in its place.

may be the restaurant is small compared to the number of guests that the Hotel can have at the same time. as they do not accept booking for the table you never know if you'll find place to eat

Pohjoisen matkalla. Saavuimme Saariselälle myöhään illalla. Hotellin sain aplikaation kautta helposti ja kun ajoimme hotellille vastassa oli hyvin ystävällinen asiakaspalvelija. Hotellin illan saunavuoro oli loppumassa, mutta hän lupasi jatkaa sauna-aikaa että ehtisimme käydä halutessamme saunassa. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Rauhallinen hotelli, hieman vanhanaikainen sisustus,mutta ei vaikuttanut yöuneen. Nukuimme hyvin. Parkkipaikkoja rajoitetusti.

Huone 262 haisi pahasti homeelle ja oahalle. Huone vaihtui 280, jossa remonttia twhty. Ilmanvaihto ei tpiminnassa vaikka saunallinen huone. Ravintola ok ja siellä hyvä palvelu.
