The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect — getting to the hills was effortless, whether by train or bus. Everything was convenient and stress-free, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was truly amazing, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options. The evening cheese and sausages refreshment was a wonderful touch and such a thoughtful addition after a full day out. The brand-new saunas and swimming pool are exceptional. The spa area is modern, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing. A perfect 5-star experience — we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of town, a 4 minute walk to the lift station. The rooms are spacious and beds super comfortable. The decor and cleanliness throughout is impressive. Delicious breakfast and dinner."
