Villa 'Sa Olivera' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Villa Sa Olivera located in the urbanization of Crestatx (Sa Pobla), in the north of Mallorca Crestatx is an urbanization with a lot of character, very popular for its tranquility, rural roads, breathtaking views of the Serra de Tramuntana.
In the surrounding area there are many cycling routes.
The place is a perfect location for families and sportsmen, cycling, climbing, hiking..., because of its immediate proximity to the Tramuntana mountains and the beautiful villages of Pollença and Alcudia, as well as the large and spectacular beaches of the north of Mallorca.
At 4 km is Sa Pobla, the nearest town with supermarkets and all kinds of stores. Thanks to its agriculture, you will find fruit and vegetables of the best quality. Big market on Sundays.
At 5km, in the thermal village of Campanet, you can enjoy an unforgettable experience visiting the Caves of Campanet. At 200 meters, depending on the time of the year, you will be able to know the unique natural phenomenon in the Balearic Islands "Ses Fonts Ufanes".

- On departure, all rubbish must be removed, at Crestatx there are plenty of large containers to remove every day and the day of departure!
- There is a charge for electricity which corresponds to normal consumption so please do not abuse the Air Conditioning consumption.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house, it is only allowed outdoors.

NO events or parties are allowed.

Idealny odpoczynek w dwie rodziny z dziećmi
Pros: Basen idealnej wielkości, dom bardzo dobrze wyposażony, dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko główna trasa, do Lidla 3km. Do portu w Alcudi 9 km. Do Palmy ok 30 km. Z czystym sumieniem polecam.

Pros: Tolle Aufteilung der Zimmer mit Bad, das Grundstück ist super und die ruhige Gegend sehr schön.
