Villa Nekazabal provided us with a beautiful opportunity to host a 10 member family trip across 3 generations in one beautiful house. The Villa is just as beautiful as on the listing, the communication with the rental agency ISHolidays was quick and efficient. We had some foul-smelling odor coming from the upstairs bathrooms and Nicolas was incredibly quick and helpful, and even sent plumbers the same day to address the issue.The courtyard with the pool in the back is simply stunning. We arrived during an insanely hot weather period and the pool was our lifesaver as the air in the courtyard got so hot and stagnant during the days. The house needs AC on the ground floor as the summers are getting too hot. It also would have been nice to know that all bedrooms are upstairs as the stairs are steep for seniors. There is a noticeable drop in room quality from the grandiose suites on the 2nd floor to the much more pedestrian rooms on the 3rd - whoever gets to move into those suites can feel truly blessed while the 4 upstairs rooms are much simpler. All rooms have AC which is wonderful.The kitchen has a fantastic extra drink fridge (Restaurant style) and an ignition stove that takes some getting used to. Sa Pobla is a nice & quaint little town, not overrun by tourists which we loved. We enjoyed having two supermarkets within walking distance and the Plaza Mayor for tapas, drinks and gelato in the evenings. We made some wonderful if very hot memories- thanks again for having us
