Would you like to discover northern Mallorca? This charming house is ideal for up to 6 guests and perfect for exploring the area. Located in the heart of Sa Pobla’s old town, just 100 meters from the main square, this typical Mallorcan home features stone walls, over 100 years of history, and was fully renovated in 2010.
The house, around 150 m², blends traditional charm with modern comforts. Enjoy a spacious living room with a beautifully restored sandstone arch and a vaulted cellar once used for food storage, giving the space a unique character.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, and all you need for your stay. You’ll also find a washing machine, Wi-Fi with a workspace for remote work, TV, DVD player, game console, books, and children’s toys. Air conditioning, a cot, and a high chair are also provided.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups of friends.
