  • Precious Mallorcan house with stone facade on an 11,000m2 estate.

    While the interior of the house is very beautiful, the exterior is undoubtedly the best. A huge garden with a large, impeccably maintained lawn and a variety of trees and plants. The 08 x 04 metre swimming pool is surrounded by grass and has a staircase inside the pool for greater safety and comfort.

    Large porch with fixed barbecue, furnished with comfortable sofas.

    There is also a large terrace in front of the house, with a table and chairs, and a pergola for shade.

    The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

    Living room with satellite TV and internet access and a spacious kitchen open to the dining room, fully furnished and equipped.

    Located in a rural area on the outskirts of the town of Búger,

Es ist die perfekt Villa, um zu entspannen

Es ist die perfekt Villa, um zu entspannen und einfach nichts zu tun. Wir würden definitiv ein Auto empfehlen, da man ansonsten nicht wegkommt und Taxis nicht bis zu der Finca fahren ( also so haben wir es erlebt). Es ist nichts auszusetzen und alles hat super geklappt!

Absolutely gorgeous vila. The outdoor area is beautiful and stunning! The hosts were very responsive and quick to help us with a few questions we had. Secluded so great for privacy. Not easily in walking distance to place so research the area before going and definitely would recommend hiring a car. Overall it's a great villa for a group.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Wir waren Anfang Juli eine Woche in der Finka und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Die Finka liegt etwas abseits, sodass man vor Ort wirklich seine Ruhe hat. In ein paar Minuten ist aber mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Wir verbrachten 6 Tage in der Finca für unseren Freundinnen-Urlaub und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert, die Finca selbst wirklich wunderschön. Heraus sticht definitiv die schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage mit vielen Sitz- bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten und einem sauberen Pool. Die Ausstattung der Finca sowie die Zimmer waren für uns ebenfalls perfekt. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten ohne Probleme. Wir würden diese Finca definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Finca in einer ruhigen Lage. Die ersten Tage war es extrem kalt in der Finca, kann sein das wir die ersten Gäste waren in der Session. Leider ist keins der vielen Messer scharf. Das Licht im unteren Bad ist wirklich unangenehm für die Augen man guckt zwingend rein. Und eine Mischbatterie im Waschbecken wäre angebracht. Die Finca ist dennoch wunderschön und der erlaub war super.

wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (1, 3, 7 J.) in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Es war alles genau so, wie in der Beschreibung und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Was wurde uns ein Babybett und ein Kinderstuhl bereit gestellt. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über Klimaanlagen, was bei fast 40 Grad sehr gut war. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten mit der Lounge und dem Pool ist wunderschön. Der Eigentümer kommt regelmäßig vorbei um nach dem Pool zu sehen und den Rasen zu wässern. Die Finca liegt in einem landwirtschaftlichen Bereich. Nebenan leben Schafe und Pferde. Bei Problemen und Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Es waren viele Utensilien in der Küche bereits vor Ort und die Außenanlagen war sehr gepflegt. Leider konnten wir wegen den Hunden der Nachbarn und der Schafen nicht so gut schlafen. Dennoch kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa! Es ist alles so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet oder sogar noch etwas schöner. Sehr toller Außenbereich, auch für die Kinder war etwas Poolspielzeug vorhanden! Vor allem die schattige Lounge wurde viel von uns genutzt. Für uns perfekt war die Abwechslung zwischen sehr ruhiger Lage der Villa und der Möglichkeit trotzdem in 20 Minuten einen schönen Strand zu besuchen (Playa de muro). Wir kommen wieder!

Eine süße Finka in sehr abgeschotteter Lage. Ohne Auto ist man hier aufgeschmissen. Aber wenn man Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht, genau das Richtige. Schönes Grundstück, toller Pool. Drumherum gibt es allerdings außer Schafe, Pferde nicht viel. Mückenschutz ist Pflicht 😉 Die Besitzer sind super nett und man bekommt kaum mit, wenn sie vorbeikommen. Alles in allem stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Bei der Ankunft war die Finca sehr sauber. Check in hat super gekappt. Klimaanlage war sehr leise und bei 35 Grad auf jeden Fall notwendig. Die Küche ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

We had a slight problem with ants in the kitchens but the hosts were very responsive and quickly resolved the problem. The kitchen was well equipped. We bedrooms were quite basic but everything was super clean.
