"Nothing worked properly. Shower didn't work, hot water didn't work, air-con noisy, no microwave, bathroom sink blocked. Reception slow and had trouble finding booking. Kept us waiting while we were soaking wet from rain. Then after we got into the room she took the key back to reception without us knowing."
