"Room was clean, comfortable bed, great shower! Breakfast was mediocre. No fresh fruit or whole wheat bread"

"Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen except one wash rag and not even soap to go with it."

"This property is very well maintained and the staff were awesome!! Room was excellent and the hot breakfast was great. Would have liked to use the pool, but don’t open until the end of May."

"This by far the least impressive of all the locations I’ve stayed at. Rooms were not properly cleaned, staff was short and mild tempered. I will say the house keeping staff was extremely nice and approachable. Definitely expected more from the Embassy."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. Both the facilities and parking area had a strong smell of marijuana, which created an unpleasant first impression. Unfortunately, the issues continued in the room. The bedding—including pillows, sheets, and blankets—had visible cigarette burns and contained hair from previous guests, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. Additionally, there were splashes of a brown liquid on the walls and doors, as if a shaken soda had been opened inside the room. The bathroom was also in poor condition—the tub was clogged, and when I turned on the water, it caused a backflow that brought up hair and food debris. Along with the dressers and electronics on the room being in poor unusable Condition. Overall, while the staff were kind, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fell far below acceptable standards."

"The male manager (I believe his name is Charles) is very nice and friendly! Both times I've been here though, the front desk didn't give me their little instructions sheet on what was expected. The second time, I knew what to do; but the first time, I had to be told that I have to bring the garbage to the dumpster myself. I obviously didn't mind, but I wasn't given any information until I later spoke with the manager who provided me with the proper information. The pots and pans are also very tiny for somewhere that is supposed to be a "hone away from home." I could barely make a small meal for my boyfriend and I with the provided kitchen equipment. The fitted sheet also falls off the bed too easily, which was a slight bother to have to redo everyday. Unless, it is purchased as a deal, I personally believe the stay is quite expensive for the service you receive. Other than that though, the place is very nice. The location is pretty quiet and only minutes to Fort Bragg, which was amazing for days my boyfriend had to go in to work. I would give other interested hotel stayers the advice to ask for the information sheet upon arrival but otherwise, I would very much recommend this place! Had a great week stay both times I went!"

"First, I will say the property manager, Marlena, was great. We had several issues that she was quick to respond and handle. The apartment itself was clean and nice. The kitchen could use some new cooking pots and pans. We were not able to cook due to the pans being scratched horribly. If you intend to cook during your stay, bring everything you need from salt and pepper to the main course. The kitchen does have the basic utensils, flatware, cups and dishes. The first three days of our stay was difficult because of the apartment smelling of marijuana. Marlena reported it to the complex management and put in an ozone purifier in the apartment to help clean the air. After three days we no longer noticed the smell inside or outside of the apartment. This was of course out of her control but it does affect your stay. Keep in mind this is an apartment so you will hear people “walking.” The outside of the apartment does not reflect the inside. Again, the inside was very clean and nice. Marlena was great and check in was easy."
