"Gebäude und Appartement sind mit einem Rollstuhl gut nutzbar. Einzig das Bad ist zu klein. Sobald jemand einen etwas grösseren Rollstuhl benutzt, kann er das Bad nicht benutzen. Auch so war der Einstieg und besonders der Ausstieg aus der Dusche schwierig. Es fehlen auf jeden Fall Handgriffe und eventuell sogar ein Sitz, der an der Wand befestigt ist. Ich hatte meinen eigenen Duschstuhl mit. Auch sind die Wandhaken sehr hoch. Ein etwas längerer Spiegel würde es auch möglich machen, dass man sich...

"Great location, right across from the railway station. Breakfast was good - nice ambiance in the basement (wine cellar). Friendly and helpful staff. Free tea and coffee all day. The hotel even had a bowl of fresh fruits out for the guests, as well as some snacks. The room was small though, and so was the shower. Unfortunately on our last night water poured onto our bed from the ceiling. The two staff members on duty were helpful in moving us to a nearby accommodation because there was no empty room available in the hotel. The new hotel room turned out to be a suite so everything worked out ok. They did tell me the manager would email me in the morning but I did not get one so far."

"The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was a good amount of space and a good view. However, the room was run down. I’m not sure if our air just wasn’t working but it was very stuffy in the room, despite outside weather that was not that warm. The staff provided a very useful tower fan but it would have been appreciated had the windows opened. Room was cleaned effectively and promptly on request. The location was great. The business lounge, with beverages available was a really nice touch (although making milk available for tea would have been nice)"

"Location could not be better. Very nice room ( suite) clean and with great service from across members of staff. Strongly recommend getting a room facing the square or the inner courtyard as opposed to the rooms facing the street with cafes and bars. Breakfast buffet impressive in terms of variety and quality of the offerings"
