First the good. The hotel is next to the train station so you’re able to walk from the platform to the hotel in a minute. The location is great. Jacob in the bar was terrific. Great service and would go over and beyond. Next the not so good. Breakfast was probably the worst we had in Switzerland. It was busy but only one person waiting on tables so not the best service. Food quality was poor. The worst. The room, the bed situation was not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot n the ac did not seem to work. Had to sleep with windows on door open. It’s good for a short stay but would not recommend more than a night or two.

Absolutely beautiful

Staffs at reception desk are welcoming and helpful for my stay at Interlaken. The breakfast is included which is also impressive for its premium qualities and varieties.

The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest.

Excellent hotel in the best location of Interlaken!
