"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. When booking, Expedia describe this particular room type as having a shower and also as having a private bathroom, which is somewhat confusing. In actual fact there is only a shower and a sink, there is no toilet. "

"Die Zimmer waren ausreichend und modern bis auf die Dusche die dank Vorhang nur 0,5qm misst. Das Essen im Restaurant ist mäßig, ich würde nicht noch einmal das Abendessen dazu buchen. Frühstück okay (ausreichend) aber leider nicht frisch. Das Gemüse wurde wohl vom Abendessen genommen und das Brot ist ausgetrocknet"
